As these are new properties, due to depreciation, there may be some major taxation benefits in purchasing an Australian investment property via this method, and even more so if you are negatively geared. At Crosby Dalwood we are able to assist in a taxation and cashflow analysis of any proposed property purchase and we also have access to the Pacific Eastcoast website which enables us to view the available property projects with you in our office.
